ORGANIC FRESH FOOD

 

Slow Cuisine made of fresh ingredients. Sandwiches, salads and slow cooked meat, inspired by rediscovered classics and flavours we simply love. Seasonal vegetables and herbs turned into our daily changing selection of fresh, organic and healthy plates. And on weekends we serve our indulgent all day breakfast!

We work with sustainably sourced, regional and organic produce whenever possible – out of respect for humans, animals and plants. All items on the menu can be ordered to go or to stay.

Our deli also offers a selection of crafted goods and groceries from small manufacturers. From chocolate to buffalo mozzarella, from (natural) wine to Gin: all things we stock come from producers who love what they do and who share our high standard of sustainability.

CONTEMPORARY FOOD LAB

Candy on Bone is an enterprise of the Contemporary Food Lab.

Our gastronomic projects which include restaurants Katz Orange and Panama finance our educational engagement, aiming at inspiring, connecting and expanding knowledge & consciousness. Our programme involves the online publication CFL Journal and the CFL Academy, offering workshops, field trips, lectures and events for all generations to highlight the relations of humans, nature & food.
